Donner DAG-1S is a beautiful dreadnought acoustic guitar with a bold sound and excellent features that represent exceptional value. It features a spruce top with scalloped bracing, a mahogany back and sides, chrome tuning keys, and high quality brass strings.

The DAG-1S offers a warm, vibrant sound with convenient features that will have the beginning guitarist in your house strumming away in no time.

High Quality | Unique Design

The DAG-1S comes with Donner’s own high quality, sealed, metal alloy tuning machines to keep your acoustic guitar playing in tune. The neck has 20 brass frets with fret position marks at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 15th and 17th frets.

Having a classical bridge with a unique Donner design, this guitar make it easy to change the strings and sound great.

The 41-inch sunburst dreadnought body has a full and vibrant tone, suited for all styles of music.

The smooth nightfall black matte finish maximizes resonance for optimal sound quality.

I am a late beginner guitarist looking for an extra guitar to leave at my brother's house and this wound up being a great choice! Easy to play, stays in tune for the most part, and the tone is really not bad at all for the money. Added bonus that it comes with a bunch of accessories that would usually cost a chunk of change combined. I'm a fan!

Nice gift for a beginner, but it's better to spend a tad bit more money if for yourself. I bought this for my daughter and a fender for my wife. Got the fender guitar and kit for liked 300. Way nicer, sounds better, nicer tuner and way more durable. But for a kid this is fine.

Perfect for our 11 year old taking his first lesson. Came with everything he needs and correct size for him (he’s 5’5” for size reference - this guitar might be too large for average size 11 yo).

Bought this as a starter guitar for my son!! It's lightweight and is well made.. I wouldn't put it up the big names (like my fender) but for a beginner you can't really beat it.. great price and looks lovely too! Comes with case, strap and the strings are already on the guitar :) (always a bonus!)

I have not played in 40 years; since high school. I saw a few acoustic guitar reviews and this looked to fit the bill for my wandering eye. Much has changed over the years and this was such a joy to pick up and hack around. I look forward to practicing with YouTube & GarageBand as my guide. The electronic tuner is completely new to me and a real added bonus. Nothing in this kit feels cheap. I sat down to pick a little song my brain remembered but my fingers just fumbled forgetting how to move. Sorry Neil; but its better to Rust then Burnout!

The guitar was delivered well packaged but after unpacking it, it was ready to use. There's a tuner included which attaches to the head of the guitar which I was glad of as the guitar needed tuning. The strings are all steel which I was surprised but grateful for, especially at this price too. Over the next few days as the strings stretched the tuber was needed again but its now settled abd it plays beautifully. The sunburst colour is quite retro but I love it. As well as a strap and a spare set of strings there's also a capo and plectrums included, as well as a zipped storage bag for carrying the guitar in. It's a very good value guitar set up, perfect for beginners and more advanced users. The sound is really clean with no funny vibration noises coming from the loose bits or strings catching on the feet board. The build quality is excellent.

If you are a beginner looking to get into playing the guitar, this is the perfect guitar to learn with. I was surprised at how durable and beginner friendly this guitar was. I’ve been looking for a good strumming acoustic to leave sitting around the house in alternate tunings and this guitar fits the bill perfectly! Out of the box the guitar was ready to play once it was tuned. I opted for the non-cutaway version and it has a really full tone (check out my video to hear a demo). I really love the satin/smooth feel of the sunburst finish and I personally think it’s a pretty guitar. There are a few minor imperfections with the finish (specifically the binding), but that’s to be expected from a guitar in this price range. There was also a strong glue-like smell when I opened up the package, but it was a hot day so it could have just been due to the heat while in transit. The fret edges were filed nicely - no edges hanging over to catch your fingers on. So far the action feels great and the tuning stability has seemed fine after leaving it sit for a few hours and picking it back up to play. The accessories that it comes with are actually pretty good quality - I’m especially liking the capo, it’s very sturdy. If you’re a beginner, this is a great package to get you started. If you’re like me and you want a cheap guitar to leave around the house, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in the value!
