To be honest, I bought this piano for 3 reasons: 1) it only does piano and only one tone, i.e. it is like a traditional piano and the kids can’t mess with the settings and instead practice and learn piano itself; 2) the looks, it was the one that goes best with my furniture, and as it doesn’t have a dedicated room or even wall in a small NYC apartment, it looks great, mid-century style and not heavy looking as stylish legs and lovely cherry colour wood (legs metal with wood effect but it works; 3) it is electric, so you can plug headphones in unlike a traditional piano, again good for open plan living area and apartments. Nevertheless I would recommend this for any space.
As you will see it is more on the orange end of cherry rather than light oak, this wasn’t clear from all photos. It goes with my TV furniture which is great as it is next to it, but doesn’t go with lighter furniture as seamlessly. I bought Phillips 6500 headphones to go into it and they work great together. The sound without headphones is great, really a proper piano sound and the lighter you press the softer it sounds, the harder the louder. It comes with three peddles, the finish is not wood on these but there you go, they are functional.
My 6 year old is very interested in it and loves tinkering, my husband has started learning to play, and I am rediscovering the piano. For all three it is great. I am pleased with the purchase and would buy again. The only thing I would finesse in new versions of this would be the edges of the keys, I would prefer them more rounded on the edge of the ivories. The rest for music is quite low, which I wanted as I want to see out the window and also be able to move to other places where there isn’t much clearance above, but that does mean the ledge also to hold the music back is very low and it doesn’t really hold a book well, this could be solved with spiral bound books and I have a recipe book holder that is low line and just holds the bottom of the page down so it works fine.
All in all an excellent piano for the price. I wonder what one double the price would be like, but kept coming back to this for the style, the look, the piano feel and real piano-ness of it. Exactly what I was looking for and the small kids can’t do anything apart from play the piano with it!

This is a lovely "piano" with great sound and an authentic piano keyboard feel. The only difficulty I encountered was finding headphones - you will need to find one with a large (6.5mm) plug on both ends, or use an adaptor (like I did). But overall, I am very pleased with this purchase!

We are all beginners and want to learn or get better. For us, this is a great product and good price for what we need. Small footprint and quality finish. Delivery took a little bit of time but everyone in the house loves to play.

We have the Donner digital piano and we love it! I’m very pleased with the quality for the price. It doesn’t take up too much room, and the keys are weighted. It has an on/off switch, and you can adjust for volume. It also turns off after 30 minutes of non-use

The piano is great for a compact, affordable piano that sounds and feels like an acoustic. I was surprised to find that the piano is made of particle board and a wooden veneer with metal legs with a faux-wood finish when I first put it together, but the sound and feel is great. The color of the faux wood is a little more orange than it shows in the picture online, but overall for the price this is good. I am just getting back to playing piano after years off and live in an apartment in NYC, so committing to a true acoustic piano was too much at this time. I find this electric piano to be perfect for my purposes.

I used to have an upright acoustic and wasn’t too excited about getting a digital piano but this digital piano is great! I love how it looks and if you want it just to play piano without the extra features that other electric pianos have that maybe you wouldn’t use anyway, then it’s perfect.

Good overall. The keyboard has an odd angle. Keys could be a little more sensitive to the touch. I think its good for a beginner but for more advanced players I would not recommend.
