Product arrived on time, well packaged for transport in an unmarked shipping box. Inside, the box containing the instrument was also sturdy and provided adequate protection. The instrument was in a very nice case with easy to open clasp. The instrument was beautiful and every note was clear, each marked with the note so one can follow sheet music with ease. I purchased this for my 8 year old grandson’s birthday and he was delighted! He has been playing it daily and really enjoys it. Everything, from placing the order to the delivery, was easy and just as promised. I am very happy with the product and service and would recommend it to anyone.

The only thing, when it arrived one of the hinges for the lid was missing a pin. Her Mother found one so the lid now works.

Our 4 year old Great Grandson will be coming in August for a visit. I bought the instrument for him. We have played it. It has a very nice tone quality. The middle C key had a "dead" tone when we got it, but we've managed to fix it. Can't wait for him to get here and try it out.

Got for 9 and 6 yo. They do love it. (The name cracked them up.). The 9yo is very taken with it.
I was disappointed that there were no instructions or simple songs with it and that a few of the keys seem to have no vibration.
We were able to find some songs online that my Grandaughter is working on but as I say a few of the keys seem to have no tone.

As I stated in my recent e-mail to you (Which to date, has NOT been addressed,) I was thrilled with how quickly my Xylophone arrived and by the beautiful clear tone of the bars. However...both "F" bars are 1/2 tone off. ( Flat or sharp? The F sharp is actually F.) Is there some way I can tune this myself? Either add or subtract weight? As a teacher I hope to use this in the coming school year, but really need the "Fs' to be corrected. Thanks for a speedy response and solution.

Very, very happy with this instrument. I purchased the xylophone for my 5 year old grandson, who is less than gentle with some things. The sturdiness of the case is great. The sound is clear and bright when he strikes the bars correctly. That fact alone compels him to be accurate with the mallets. Most of all, he is having a blast!

I homeschool my grandchildren and bought this xylophone for the kindergartner’s music education. She really enjoys playing it, but her older siblings, age 10 and 13, probably enjoy it even more!!
I am pleased with how well made this product is. I especially like it being secured in its case.
You do have to keep in mind that the colored keys don’t match up with printed xylophone music. I wish xylophones and printed music would streamline the colors. For the older kids it’s not a problem since they can go by the notes instead. For my kindergartner I simply rewrite any song we are learning with the colors that match this xylophone. It only takes a few minutes, and my granddaughter loves being able to read the notes by herself.
