I was looking for a good electric piano with graded hammer action keys to increase my kids expressiveness. This piano took 20 minutes to assemble and is easy to move. A good variety of quality sounds with three pedals. Aux, headphone and and midi connectivity. Plus the ability to split for bass; or for teacher and kids to play side by side.
I don't think you will find these features at this price point anywhere.

Just got this delivered and set up was really easy. Took about 20 minutes total. Started playing around on it and the sound is really good. Has several different sound options including Organ, synth, and even has demo mode. Got this for me and my son to learn on together. Good by for our first time piano, or a small piano to have around the house. Looking forward to learning on this!

This piano was extremely easy to assemble. I did it entirely alone within 15 minutes. It has a lot of features that are fun. My daughter enjoys it and it is a great bang for your buck!

Overall a great product! I've been pretty impressed all the way from looks to sounds (which is the most important). It has multiple different instruments to choose from most of which I would expect (Pianos, organs, harpsichord, strings), but a few that I've not seen on a lower priced instrument (guitar, bass, pad). All of the instruments sound pretty good, but there is a noticeable volume different between most of the instruments, but it can be overcome with the volume knob. It does vary the volume based on loudness of the instruments through (e.g. the pipe organ is louder than the guitar or harpsichord). My parents have a several-thousand dollar keyboard that also has a volume difference between instruments, so this is not unique to this piano. Bottom line, not a deal breaker for me. Not all of the instruments sound just like the real thing, but they all sound good. I play a short sample of each instrument in the video (not great playing, but I started piano fairly recently).
There are loads of other feature that are really convenient too, such as the metronome (super helpful for practice!) and the ability to change the reverb depth to add a little more fullness. The reverb can be incredibly big if you really want it to be though. And you can jump between 2 settings. There are a couple thing I might change if I could (Cons list below), but overall the pros far outweigh the cons. Glad I bought it!
Pros:
- Weighted keys
- Multiple different instrument sounds
- 3 Pedals for sustain & damping
- Adjustable reverb depth
- Keyboard spit between instruments
- Keyboard split for 2 players at one time
- Front speakers for fuller sound
Cons:
- Volume differences between instrument settings
- No mic input in the back

Excellent instrument to have in the house. I'm super impressed with the weight and feel of the keys - they feel very much like a piano. There's a 1/4" headphone jack if you want to play without bothering the rest of the house (which is a huge advantage over having an upright piano in the house). This can also act as a MIDI controller using the USB output or Bluetooth if you like to record on your computer (which I do). This instrument is perfect for learning and practicing. Everyone in the house is stoked on this thing.

As a player for over fifteen years, I have been wanting a good quality piano to have in my apartment. I don’t yet have the room for a real piano, and so this was my best option. This is an AMAZING piano. You will get an awesome value for your money. Quite frankly I wouldn’t know the difference if someone blindfolded me and told me to play a real piano vs. an electric. It was immensely easy to assemble. And it feels very sturdy. I would recommend this to someone on any level. I truly loved this purchase!

I've played the piano for over 20 years. I needed a new one and decided on this model. I didn't need any fancy settings like so many seem to have. I just wanted nice, weighted keys, a good sound, and a sustain pedal. All of my expectations were met with this! It looks very nice. I even checked it with a tuner and the sound was right on! I am glad I went with this one!

I bought the piano for my wife. She's played since she was a little girl. She says that it feels like a real, full-size, analog piano when she sits and plays it. The sound is great and clear. The keys are weighted to feel like an analog piano. We're very happy with this piano.
It was easy to assemble and setup. The packaging was good. No complaints about that.
Eric
The shipping box & packing was well planned to protect the parts so there was no product damage. Assembly was simple & quick. The piano performed exactly as it should, sounded excellent with plenty of volume throughout the range.

We bought this as a present for our daughter and granddaughter, and put it together for them. Everything was in good shape, and it was very easy to put together. It is their starter piano, but my husband has played for years. He and I agree that the sounds this produces are well rounded, and the ability to practice with earphones on so the rest of the house won't have to listen is a real bonus for beginners. Plus, you can "split" the keyboard so a teacher and student can play in the same octaves simultaneously. Not having to pay for regular tunings will also save our daughter money. It's nice to be able to gift something that won't cause the recipient more money in upkeep.

I played on a grand piano all my life and decided to get a digital piano when I decided I wanted something more portable since I move every few months. There was a definitely a break in period kn this piano and I felt that the first week or so on this piano was so heavy. After that either my fingers got stronger or the piano became more manageable. Either way, I love it.
Mike
The tune and sound is great. The weighted feel is also really good. I wouldn't say perfect, but it's really close. For the price it's incredible. You feel a difference in volume as you press softer or harder and the volume cof the key press has several layers.
It sits in our living room, looks VERY nice, and is a proud show piece.
ken
The Piano sounds wonderful though. Plays like a real acoustic piano, and it looks great.

Great product. Easy to assemble. Started my kids in piano lessons. We don’t have a lot of room in our home so we started with just a keyboard then when they had learned enough to need the sensitivity of soft and loud we decided we needed an upgrade. We looked into pianos and different brands of weighted keyboards. This one seemed really promising after reading the reviews. I recommend putting the main keyboard on the stand with 2 people Because its long and semi heavy so you don’t ruin something. Overall I love it and don’t regret my purchase at all. The price was perfect

The piano is great quality and I found no defects with the wood, so it looks very nice as a furniture piece. The volume is great since it goes from extremely quiet to very loud, for if I just want to play for myself or other people in another room. The weighted keys feel pretty good, but the texture of the black keys is quite off from an actual piano. My one big problem with it is that I can hear the keys being pressed even with the volume up loud, but only on the higher pitched keys (about the whole right side of the piano). It doesn't bother me too much but it's glaringly obvious in recordings. It sounds amazing overall and I highly recommend for anything thinking about getting a digital piano.
Jewell
It looks and sounds fantastic.

It’s easy to assemble, it has Bluetooth and very good for a new beginner
Shelly
I'm taking lessons. The weighted keys allow for ease in transition when I play on my teachers baby grand. It sounds great, it feels great. I love it!
Alfante
I like the sound of the music, it feels like a real piano.
Michael
Love it. Easy to assemble and great for small spaces. As advertised.

Absolutely love it. Plays so well. Fits perfectly in my entry way corner. Love to have guests give it a go when visiting. Very happy and expecting it to last for years ahead!

This piano I great for the price! It has great sound, it is sturdy, and not too hard to assemble! Everything works great and I have no complaints about the piano itself.

This digital piano has been a great step up from my smaller portable piano. I love the way the keys feel and respond to playing.
Bassmickey
Sounds great, feels like the real thing and looks classy. Definitely recommend!

Very pleased with my first digital piano.

Well I just got it, it arrived within a week and was well packaged with no dents or dings I can see, I set it up and it sounded great. I’m a beginner and just now starting to learn but I am happy with the quality so far!

Looks and sounds great!

Assembly was super easy. As a beginner that was using a very basic old keyboard to learn on I love it. It sounds great. It’s beautiful (we haven’t decorated the area yet but will be soon). The built in cover is one of my favorite things.
LB
Love the sound, key weight is great, sounds and looks great. Very easy to use and learn all the functions, and great for lessons.

I am very happy with this product! Great choice for beginners! I am very inclined to start taking lessons myself :)
Chelsea
Easy assembly, beautiful piece of furniture, and the sound is lovely. Headphone jack is necessary when trying to learn but also keep peace in the house! My kids have loved learning on this, although it was purchased for myself at 33 years old just trying to learn the instrument for the first time. Very pleased with this purchase and can see it being in our family for a long time!
Shirley
Easy to assemble. I wanted it for my own enjoyment. It sounds and plays like a regular piano. The earphones sounded so clear I had to take them off for a second to be sure no one else could hear me playing!
Suer
I’ve only ever played on a traditional piano so I was concerned about buying something electric. This is a great product! Weight on keys is on point. Foot pedals spot on. Very happy!
Jadzia
This electric piano has such a great sound, the keys are weighted perfectly. It feels just like a baby grand! The suspend pedal works great too. The MIDI works great with my iPad. So happy with this purchase!
Stephanie
Great piano for beginners and more advanced players.

Bought so my daughter could start piano lessons. Surprisingly easy to assemble. Beautiful sound. We don't have a lot of space in our house so this was a perfect fit for us. And it's better than having a keyboard, a nice alternative to having a string upright piano (and cheaper). Love the feel of the weighted keys, just like a string piano. Our daughter loves the piano so far.

I got this for my daughter to play and learn on and to replace my cheap 61 key keyboard. It feels just like a real piano and I think it’s pretty cool how the resistance varies from the low keys to the high ones. It sounds really good and the volume can go from barely audible to very loud. Overall I’m very happy with it and I’m excited to have a full size piano that will never need to be tuned in the house!
Ben
I bought this piano for my son's birthday. We needed a good quality piano for him to practice on with headphones so that he could practice early in the morning. He feels the weighted keys feel like a real piano. We were pleasantly surprised by the tone and features of the DDP-300. We have a traditional console piano that he likes to play but the various timbres of this piano are inspiring him to practice more. We like the electric piano and jazz organ timbres.
It took about 45 minutes to set up by myself. They use quality hardware putting the base together. The keyboard unit is a little heavy but I was able to manage it on my own since the base is very solid once you connect the pedal unit, legs, and backboard.
So far we are very happy with this unit.

I was worried that it would not compare to a real piano sound and feel and would just feel like a big keyboard. BUT I was so surprised to find that it sounds amazing and has a real piano feel. I’ve played for 30+ years and I’m loving this one. My daughter is a beginner and loves it too. The headphone jack is a plus for practicing without disturbing anyone.

I am rekindling my love for playing the piano so this was perfect for me. Easy to assemble (with hep of my brother) I can use my headsets to save my condo neighbors the torcher of listening to me practice ha ha. I ordered the bench separately of course. There are some features I don’t use but I do like the metronome, pedals, volume control. Great for a beginner especially the price with all the features. Super well packed for shipping too

Gosh, this thing is delightful. I studied piano for a decade in my youth and decided to start relearning it as an adult. Because I spent so many years playing an acoustic upright piano, finding one that really *felt* like a proper piano was my #1 concern, and this one truly hits the mark. It makes the distinction between a "keyboard" and an "electric piano" very clear... this one absolutely falls into the latter category. It's definitely not the most portable option out there, but that wasn't a priority for me, as it will basically only move when I buy a house in a few years. Rather, having a substantial stand attached to it-- with all three pedals built in, no less-- vastly enhances both the feel and the appearance, even if it forces you to sacrifice some of its portability. Setup was super straightforward and only required a Phillips head screwdriver and a second pair of hands to help lift; it took less than 30 minutes and inspired zero frustration. The "wood" has a bit of an IKEA quality to it , but it's only noticeable during assembly and the thing looks totally legit once put together. The sound is crisp and clear and delightfully authentic-sounding. Given that I've had a long time off from playing, also, I am very appreciative of the key weighting being adjustable and am finding it more comfortable to play on the lighter setting. I would absolutely recommend this instrument, for both beginners and experienced players alike, to anyone who wants the look and feel of a real piano but without paying thousands of dollars and having to hire movers and retune it every time you relocate.

This piano seems more than suitable for beginners.

I purchased this to replace an old traditional console piano that was beyond repair and was too heavy to easily move around in my small living room.

Customer support Needs much improvement. They don’t have live support phones. Email support takes days and needs improvement. The Piano sounds wonderful though. Plays like a real acoustic piano, and it looks great. Keys look and feel like a grand piano. Good volume as loud as a real piano when cranked up to full volume. I don’t feel the upper octaves sustain notes as long as they should. Those notes (upper 2 octaves) seem to have a much faster decay rate than the octaves below. It may or may not bother some people.

The sound is something I had to warm up to. But within a day of playing around with the Piano I’ve come to appreciate its Grand Piano and Bright Piano timbres. They both have a full richness that I’ve come to enjoy.

the piano looks and feels great, and is a joy to play, perfect for living-room practice. the default grand piano voicing sounds really good and convincing via the build in speakers, volume is good. headphones, line out, usb-midi, and even Bluetooth midi provide sufficient connectivity options.
the base integrates 3 pedals, that connect with a cable to the piano. A separate (not included) sustain pedal can also be connected. another reviewer had an issue with the pedal cable - mine was fine, everything worked out of the box without issue.
the stand and key cover have a nice black finish that looks like wood and has beautiful structure.
the adjustable weighted keys feel natural, heavier on the lower keys and light on the heights. the included demo songs can be played in a loop, and one song can be recorded while playing into the piano's memory. aside from a handful of voicings there's a reverb effect, and the tuning can be adjusted +/- 25Hz to match other instruments.
the piano comes in a big heavy box - handle with care. all parts are securely wrapped, and assembling the stand is easy, very much like putting together a shelf. the piano itself is heavy, and Donner recommends 2 people for setting it up.
beautiful true sounding piano with weighted keys, excellent connectivity - perfect for practice and recording - recommended!
