For the price, these speakers have decent quality. They work well as home studio monitors -not professional grade but for my purposes they were nice and clear and the db boost for bass and treble on the back helps.
marctbo
These sound ok if you only need them for computer sound, but I expected more bottom end (Bass) and more volume for what I need them for.

Great sound for the price.

At the beginning I was wondering how gonna be the sound quality since the price is low compared to other brand, but when I tried it I was surprised by the high sound quality. There is feature to adjust the base and treble,so perfect for ears sensitive to it. More of that the device is really compact and esthetic and has a lot of other features.

I needed a simple but very good sound quality speakers to connect to my record player. These are definitely the best. They aren't huge and quite lightweight. Very easy to connect and use. You can even connect them via Bluetooth. Sound quality is great and i like that i can controll bass and treble. Very good value for money!!!

Both myself and my partner are highly enthusiastic about high-fidelity sound reproduction, it’s often difficult to find a pair of headphones or a set of speakers that can effectively reproduce the sounds of a live musical performance.
These 2.0 Stereo Bookshelf Speakers are incredibly easy to set up and provide a rich, deep sound. For entry/mid-level music production - these are brilliant and probably one of the best in their price range. You won’t be disappointed. For anything else, they're loud and perfectly clear - but most people want loud and loaded with effects.

Hi, guys!
I just bought this Moukey 3.5'' Studio Monitors Bookshelf Powered Speakers with Bluetooth, and after use it, I want to tell you a few words about this excellent pair of speakers.
The first thing that I want to highlight is the relationship between its size, power, and the quality of the sound: impressive.
Second, the quality of the materials used, a beautiful design, excellent connectors, physical protection to avoid accidental change of voltage, incredibly good components! with a 3.5 inch woven surface woofer developed by Moukey and a 1-inch silk film tweeter mounted in a cabinet made of high-grade thick wood with a rear air duct to improve the sound quality.
Third, the power of these speakers, is very impressive, with excellent output volume without losing quality (see and listen to the video that I have posted!).
Also, the diversity of audio inputs, you can use associated with a PC, tablet, cellphone (BT); and all you need to do to select the source is change a single knob!
They have a particularly good equalization; you can adjust the sound to your preferences only moving two knobs in the rear part of the main speaker.
The volume and equalization knobs are smooth, with precise control, and without any noise, and if you want, you can be used with ordinary headphones.
These power speakers are perfect for me, I’m not a professional, but I can use it with several devices obtaining a professional sound quality.
I can say: Small but powerful, with excellent sound quality, versatile for a lot of uses, and don’t forget its price!

Perfect, detailed sound. Just buy them!

Solid speakers with excellent sound reproduction and punch above their price point. Low to high frequencies are clearly articulated, making these great reference studio monitors for sound recording and mixing. They get quite loud with surprising levels of amplification; for their size I rarely have to turn the volume dial more than halfway. Their diminutive size does however make them perfect for my limited desk space. They look and feel well-made. Lots of connection options (standard balanced TRS, RCA, to 3.5 inch aux, bluetooth) which seems unusual for studio monitors but well appreciated. I also appreciated having all the controls (volume, power, input selection, headphone jack) on the front, which also means my younger family members can easily use them without me having to worry about them touching connections at the back of the units. I was pleasantly surprised that the speakers also came with foam isolation pads, which saved me from having to buy those separately. I initially had some intermittent noise interference picked up from my laptop which I was able to resolve through positioning and using balanced TRS cables. No regrets.

The 3.5 inch woven surface woofer developed by Moukey Labs is used to bring a deep, flexible mid-low frequency;Coupled with a 1 inch silk film tweeter to make the high frequency bright but not harsh and detailed
The cabinet is made of high-grade thick wood, which will not produce resonance when the sound volume increases; the rear air duct design makes the low frequency better. The back panel is also equipped with a treble and bass adjustment knob, to help you get the best sound in the room you are using. These speakers came within 48 hours.
What you get in the box: 2 Speakers (the Active speaker is the one with the amplifier built into it and connects to the Passive speaker with the supplied wire).2 foam speaker pads and 2 rubber pads to prevent speaker movement when playing at loud volumes. I wanted to use this as for the entertainment center in our family room. These speaker have a nice full range which is surprising given how small they are. The speakers’ controls on the front are easy to use. The controls on the back are also very accessible. The video demonstrates just how good these little speakers are. You don’t see these many features in a set of speakers in this price range. With the multiple inputs 1/4/, RCA, aux, bluetooth and the nice clean audio you can’t go wrong with these.
I would recommend this product.

These powered bookshelf speakers are perfect for my setup. They arrived well packaged with all the cables that I needed, and even include insulation foam. I especially liked the stick-on insulation pads that I put underneath the speakers. The speakers themselves are really solid and tightly constructed. The fit and finish was perfect without any gaps or misaligned edges. They are simple to use, with a proper power switch and input-dial on the front with a few different connectivity options (balanced TRS inputs, RCA, aux-in and Bluetooth) on the rear, along with bass/treble dials.
I have a DAC that has both USB and optical inputs, and RCA outputs. I connected my TV via its optical out to the DAC, and the DAC connected to the RCA inputs of the Moukey speakers. The sound quality is amazing! The bass and treble dials on the Moukey speakers have a huge tonal range so I dialed in a great, smooth but bass-y sound. I prefer this setup because I also connect my laptop to the DAC when listening to DSD files. And of course there's the ubiquitous Bluetooth connection when I just want to stream music from my phone. I am perfectly happy with these speakers and their excellent quality and construction. They compliment my setup really well and didn't break the bank!

I wanted to purchase a decent pair of speakers but near a bracket of $100. I was recommended this by a friend and bought it to check out.
First of all the build quality is sturdy and it came with 2 isolation pads which is nice to have. The installation was very easy, I did it without reading the instruction manual.
Now the quality of sound. The output of speakers is amazing, almost impeccable. It is a huge upgrade from my TV speakers for sure. I can listen to the separate sounds and music clearly. I'm amazed to see how high it can get without cracking. The bass is fantastic, I had to keep it in 50% to get a smooth listening experience.
One thing is that the vibration may cracks the sound I get during I watch a movie with high volume. The isolation pads helped to remove those, and now it's fantastic.
It's not best power speakers, but with that price range it is the best value for money pair of speakers.
Scene
Had a great time setting this up and being able to use the RCA inputs as well as AUX in. The EQ was really effective and being able to balance it for my uses.
SpremeHippo
These are very solid speakers and they perform well in both durability and sound quality. They are a perfect addition to any home studio. The speakers come with isolation pads, wires as well as all the cables that are needed. These speakers work superbly well with the a wired setup and they also have Bluetooth connection, though I have yet to try them with Bluetooth. This 40-watt setup an amazing deal for the price this product comes at. L
Sam
Decent sound reproduction for the price. The case is solid and there is no line noise on any of the inputs I tried. Bluetooth sounds like the same quality as line in and I had no issues with connecting or signal drop out. I really like the way you select inputs on the front with the knob that makes it quick and easy to get the one you want.
Mistry
I will emphasize that this is in relation to the price. This is amazing value and for the money I'd be hard pressed to find something with this level of sound quality at this price point. I use these for sound mixing in tandem with my studio headphones and have had fantastic consistent results.
Richard Cloutier
I bought these studio monitors as my first kit and I'm happy with it so far. The monitors are well built and they look great. The size is perfect for me because I was able to stack my computer speaker on the monitors.
Plenty of great features such as the input selector, EQ, front-facing volume knob, and 4 inputs (TRS, RCA, AUX, BT). The sound quality is surprising. To be honest, I expected lower sound quality then this. I'm sure you can get even better with professional studio monitors that will cost twice or even more. But for that price, that is just perfect! Can't complain!

Sound quality is really good! Love having these for listening to music, and for the price it’s really good too! The boxes themselves have a nice weight to it and you have many options in terms of connections. The plain enclosures fit nicely on my shelf too
David
You can tell how good a speaker is by how heavy it is. The active speaker has a good heft to it with both of them feeling solid and well built. In the box you get two isolations pads and a bag of speaker wire and cables. The 3.5" woofer and 1" tweeter deliver great sound and volume. It took me awhile to tune it and you can adjust the bass and treble using the rear knobs on the active speaker. In bluetooth mode, you need the speakers away from you and your phone in order to stop the interference. Amazing 2.0 studio monitor speakers for home use.

Pros
* No distortion even at max volume
* Multiple source input types
* Only 1 power outlet needed
* Surprising low end for such small speakers (but you'll still want a sub if producing music)
* Plenty of volume to fill room
* Comes with 2 foam bases which stops them from sliding and scratching
Cons
* 2nd speaker is passive, so no independent controls on it
* One volume nob controls both speakers volume (this may be a pro for some)
* Bass and Treble dials are on the back making adjustments inconvenient (but this is common with most studio monitors)
Overall, these are great for the price considering many studio production monitors can go for 10x the price EACH.

I really love the clear sound of these Moukey monitors.
The speakers box is super sturdy wood.
The 3 inch sound is crisp and powerful.
The connection between the speakers are seamless through many options for connecting.
Users can easily connect to a computer, laptop and smart phone. Added feature: it even connects to Bluetooth!
They are perfect for home or pro studio.
I do not regret buying
Barrio
They sound and look better than the broken m-audio their replacing. I like they have many inputs and bass and treble knobs.
Dark-Knight23
Bought this for the computer and use for mixing on a mixer.
The sound quality for the size is very good, the treble are have crisp mid and highs, bass/lows are decent, one needs a subwoofer for crazy lows which isn’t what this is.
The speaker has a nice sturdy feeling quality of material and is nicely magnetically shielded. They look quite nice and not over the top.
There are many inputs available from standard 3.5mm to bt.
Overall very good value for money for what your paying for. Way better then the crappy Logitech at this price.

These little speakers aren't too bad for the price. You can use them in a handful of situations. I wouldn't necessarily call them "studio speakers" as there is something missing. Perhaps it's in the low end. They are labeled as "near field" so they aren't the type of speakers that would fill a room with sound. I've only tested them through my computer and they work great for listening back to tracks and having an additional reference when mixing. They may also work great with a vinyl player considering they have powered speakers. You can also hook up Bluetooth if you're streaming music via smartphone or something. They were easy to set and came with clear instructions
EVA
For the size they have a great sound and enough low end for a budget home studio, I’m definitely happy with this purchase, it came with the cable needed, foam, lot of value for money and it makes recording way easier.
Alex
it even comes with bluetooth, which is something that I am not expecting. I used it for as a keyboard monitor, pairs well for my Korg Kross
Robby Morais
These monitors look great and sound even better. Incredible value for the money. I highly recommend these. I use them for gaming, movies and recording. I would not hesitate to buy another set if something happened to these.
Nurlan
These speakers are perfect. It is really worth it's price. I thought i had to pay more for getting this exact quality, but not. I have bought these speakers to use especially with my laptop. Actually i had laptop speakers. But there was not a bluetooth function to connect it without a wire. When i needed them i had to carry them with myself in my place. After having these speakers i just put them on the shelf in my room and literally in a second can connect my laptop from any space of my room. You can see from the picture there are a bunch of connections on the rear side. Plus there are two separate knobs to set bass and treble. Very happy with this purchase.
Ephraim
Sounds crisp, but super old Bluetooth version, could need an update due to connectivity issues and latency(not a big deal as I only noticed this when connecting via BT only) , other than that, everything works as it should
J. Lloyd
They sound great, I hear everything clearly which is great for my mixing. The applied coupon when I brought these made them an awesome deal. I shopped around for studio monitors in this price point for awhile now and these are proving their worth. Anyone just wanting to introduce themselves to a pair studio monitors near field won't be disappointed with these.
Mike
Great for the price. So happy with the quality of the sound. My Artist LittyHeru goes live on IG all the time with these speakers and songs get mixed down with them as well. You can really hear good detail. Would recommend when starting up home studio or even if you just like blasting music.

Bought it for my kids Dj set. It is nice and loud and clear. Great speakers for the price!
Davidson B.
Overall this is a great purchase for a home dj or small gathering like a little kickback. The o my reason I didn’t give them a 5 stars because I wish they were cheaper I could always do cheaper.
Fade
Speakers sound clear and have a lot of volume. The only problem I have had is it is difficult to connect to Bluetooth. Sometimes bluetooth doesnt work at all
Bob M.
I find no reason to give this less than 5 stars! The work great with the Bluetooth or wired. Came packed great! Delivered quick! Added a quick video with some sound using a GSP pro 21 and switching between my Bose computer speakers and the MouKey monitors. Hope this helps someone with deciding on purchasing these!
Cody S.
Great speakers for the money. I have them connected into my audio interface with the TRS jacks. They sound good on recording playback, listening to music or as a quick, easy option for guitar if I want to hear it, but don’t need to go through an amp. Good size for a tight area as well.
Bhavesh Shah
The overall value for money is good but the works man ship could be a little better. It is a very good product and does its job for what I need. Good, solid sound with little or no feedback.
grem28
These speaker are small in size but pack a big punch. Been playing around with them and I am pleasantly surprised... especially for the price!!! Great job guys. Would love to see these in a larger size. Looking forward to it!

Fantastic little set of studio monitors. Phone audio won’t do them justice, but they sound huge and very clear. They fit perfectly on my work desk and are so easy to adjust and tweak. I like the eq knobs that are on the back so I can do some tweaking but not bump them accidentally. Perhaps my favorite feature is the selector rotating knob on the front. I love how easy it is to change between inputs and keep the sound isolated and clear. The only regret I have is that I didn’t buy them for the Black Friday deal price! Do yourself a favor and pick up a pair for yourself!
Westley A.
I'm impressed by the clarity in the tones. The high ends still come through clear when the low end output is cranked up and I haven't heard anything come through muddled yet.
The multiple input options, especially the bluetooth, are a great feature that allow the speakers to be very versatile.
Overall great studio monitors, I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

My 20 year old monitor speakers crapped out. I was looking for something good under $100, and these popped up from Donner. I have several effects pedals from Donner, and a wireless transmitter, that have all worked great, and their customer service has been fantastic, so they seemed like a good bet. There are several options for connecting these, and without looking at the directions I opted for the enclosed RCA cable. Taking a look at the manual, I realized there was a Bluetooth option, which was a huge bonus.
They sound great and you can dial in some fine tuning with bass and treble controls on the back, and also plug in headphones on the front.
So far so good, let's see how they hold up!
Jordan B.
I love them! The sound is so crisp and clear! I’m a metal vocalist that records remotely for my band and this certainly does the job and for the price wow!
Matti2d
I purchased these for my small studio set up. The powered speakers have a great assortment of inputs on the back:
* RCA inputs for my amp/mixer (also comes with a aux to RCA inputs for your phone/MP3 player)
* L/R TRS inputs
* 1/8" auxiliary input
On the front, there are the headphone jack, on/off button, a volume knob and selector switch. The secret sauce for this speaker is the ability to connect directly to Bluetooth! I had no issues connecting to my iPhone - there are even bass and treble knobs on the back to fine tune your input. So with all of these inputs, the speakers are super versatile. I can connect to my phone to listen to tunes, connect using my audio amplifier to practice vocals, or connect to my mixer for guitar and vocal practicing during quarantine. The speakers come with the sponge isolation pads, connecting speaker wire, electrical cord and TRS to auxiliary input (1/8") connector. I am super pleased with the purchase and highly recommend.

Grea Quality speakers for a home studio, easy setup and the sound is incredible!!

Great set of speakers for your home recording studio. A must have at a great price

Absolutely loved the product. I was initially hestiant to try this product but I'm glad I bought. It has got powerful, clean crisp sound, pleasing to the ear- and is as good as it gets for residential living space sized rooms. Have mostly been using this with my PC. I doubt you'll find a better pair of studio monitors for the price. The dedicated bass & treble knobs comes in handy to adjust the speaker's low-frequency & high-frequency responses respectively. You can't go wrong with this purchase. Great Buy and Highly recommend.
Happy Girl
WOW. I am super impressed with these monitors. Great value for the price, great sound. I love the dials to adjust treble or bass, and the varied options for connections! (TRS, RCA, AUX, and Bluetooth).
I tested the RCA with both my phone (music) & my TV. GREAT SOUND. I also tested the Bluetooth with my phone-- a slight buzzing intermittently when music is off, but hardly noticeable. Tested the TRS by deciding on a whim to see if I could test a new pickup I received with a banjo uke for Christmas, by attaching it to my Tenor Uke (whose intonation I am more accustomed to for control purposes), attaching it by amp cable to the TRS, and sure enough, it worked! Granted, with the TRS connection, there is a "Left" & "Right", so you have to choose one for the amp cable...I tested each, and both were fine. The Left one is the Active one, with the dials for Treble and Bass, so for optional adjustments as a quasi-practice-amp, that is the one I would choose (tho I probably won't, as I have practice amps....but I thought it was interesting to test out!)

I did not know if these speakers/monitors would compare to the top of the line products offered on the market today. Boy was I blown away.
The lows on these speakers are the same if not better than 2 other pair of monitors I own from jbl/pioneer. The volume levels are on par with that of other quality speakers. I like the high end as well, really crisp. Nothing bad at all.
The packaging comes very well protected. And they include nice foam pads to reduce vibration and keep the rattle away.
These are definitely a good value for the moneyN the speakers are made of good quality housing and the cable wire is thick enough to handle the current.
Overall happy with the purchase and quality of the item.

Good sound, great value, lots of features.

Quality way better than expected. I am mixing way better now. I've been sooo busy recording I forgot to write an review. 5 stars

I decided to put together a small home studio for recording guitar, vocals and keyboard, and I was in need of a pair of compact studio monitors when I came across these ones from Moukey. One thing I noted upon opening the box is that they are indeed quite small. However, don’t be food by the size, as these sound great plugged into my Scarlett 2i2 interface/preamp. No shortage of bass or volume at all. I noticed that when plugged into a preamp such as the Scarlett via the balanced TRS connection, these particular monitors sound best with the volume knob on the speakers turned all the way up. They sounded a bit sibilant when driving the Scarlett preamp with the preamp's volume higher than that of the built-in amp knob on the front of the speakers. The speaker treble and bass boost/cut knobs on the back of the main monitor work great; however, I found that mine were tuned perfectly with the EQ's flat right out of the box without much adjustment needed. Still, the combination of these EQ knobs on the back and the volume knob on the front in conjunction with the EQ's of your preamp and DAW make these speakers extremely tweakable and versatile. The only thing I would add to them would be a Mids EQ knob on the speakers maybe.
While these studio monitors are not individually powered (there is a main left active speaker and a passive right speaker) and do not have XLR inputs, they perfectly fit my needs as an amateur. Easy to set up and function great out of the box. I’m sure a professional in need of compact monitors would be just as satisfied, given their versatility. At the very least, they make for excellent speakers to plug into your computer. I am used to playing vinyl through all tube amplifiers and audiophile speakers, and I was pleasantly surprised nonetheless how good these Moukey monitor speakers sounded simply playing lossless music from iTunes via the Focusrite preamp and balanced TRS connection. I have not yet tried the Bluetooth capability, but that’s a great bonus as well for switching to your phone for audio playback, especially in a collaborative studio session when someone wants to play something from their device through the monitors. On top of all this, the build quality seems good for the price. The knobs work great without noise and nothing feels "loose" in sound or build. I would recommend these Moukey monitor speakers to any home studio musician or hobbyist.
Michael
These powered speakers are a HUGE upgrade over my previous computer speakers. The bass response rumbles nicely and the highs are crystal clear, thanks the the rear tone controls. Multi-functional, with a variety of input options (rca LR, TRS 1/4", Bluetooth 5, and an additional 3.5mm aux), I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Without a doubt, an extraordinary value!
LM5342
If you want something that sounds good and is decently priced get this. Not that most amazing sound ever (compared to the best of the best), but good for vinyls and in chillin in your apartment
