The instrument arrived in really good condition. Shipping was fast, actually the instrument arrived one day earlier than expected. I consider the set good option to start learning to play the saxophone, as it comes with all necessary elements to star playing at an affordable price. I consider that product should have a longer product guarantee, at least 3 months.

So far the instrument seems to be good quality. I have a few issues: (1) There was no cork grease in the package, which I believed would be included; (2) There were no instructions in the box for how to unpack or assemble, and how to use the three cleaning items included. The short video online did not show this; (3) I emailed the company with these questions over a week ago and have had no reply.

Please send me another neck strap. The plastic clasp came loose and could not be glued shut. Please replace. Everything else ok. Placed the used reed in the plastic holder and it mildewed. Guess that is a no no. Thanks for good customer service. I will buy other instruments for our developing Orchestra. Be blessed.

Surprisingly well made! I suggest getting a better case and mouthpiece as soon as possible. The Horn moves a little to much in the case which can cause damage if not handled properly.

For a cheap saxophone, it plays shockingly well. It is by no means a professional horn, but the sound quality is some of the best I've heard from instruments of its type.

We have been pretty satisfied with this saxophone. It did take us a a week to realize that there were a couple of pieces of cork that was impacting the sound but in general it has great sound and was a great value for a beginner’s saxophone.

Everything works great. Perfect for beginners. Only issue I had was that some of the keys were stuck and I had to take it to a music store to have them loosen/ adjust the keys. Other than that it works like a gem especially for beginners.

I play the clarinet almost proficiently, I wanted a new challenge so on the advice of my high school band buddies I purchased this sax. When I brought it in to my after school, student lead band club my friends couldn't wait to critique the Sax. To their amazement it held its own against the fancy, extremely expensive concert quality saxaphones. Enough to where my teacher is now recommending it as a decent back-up/practice instrument! The buttons are so effortless and the tone is AMAZING! Will recommend to anyone starting or in need of a quick go-to sax.

This beginners saxophone is a great value for the price. It includes everything a novice would need to begin learning to play as soon as it's delivered. The sound quality was surprising and the responsiveness of the keys was great. I did order a more comfortable neck strap for my learner. I wasn't too impressed with the included resin practice reed, either.

I’ve been playing saxophone for about 25 years and got this as a backup horn. I honestly wish this had been around when I was getting started back in middle school. This horn is really really solid, particularly for the price. It’s definitely playable and there isn’t much to complain about honestly.
This would be a great horn for a beginner or for someone looking to try out playing saxophone. The build quality is solid, and it seems like it’s going to hold up for a while.
I saw a lot of reviews with complaints about the stuff that comes with the horn- the reeds, the gloves, mouthpiece, etc. Even with pro level horns, any mouthpiece that’s included with a saxophone is just not going to be of any playable quality. Consider that a separate purchase, but with the value you’re getting for the price, you will still be coming out on top here. Same with the reeds. Don’t even bother with them honestly. You will need something of a better quality.

Great beginner Alto Saxophone for my son started to learn to play the Saxophone. After about 5 months of use, the Octave key wouldn't close all the way. I contacted the Seller who sent us videos on how to fix the issue. But we had no luck, and eventually, they sent us a new Saxophone as a Warranty Replacement.
Great customer service, respects the warranty, and would recommend the seller.

I've been playing music for 44 years (NOT woodwinds). Just wanted to take up the sax to add to my repertoire of enjoyment. I've very happy with this horn for an entry level instrument. It really seems to be rock solid craftmanship. Excellent quality horn. The following accessories that came with the horn: case, stand and two cleaning cloths were good quality as well. On the other hand, the mouthpiece and ligature along with the reeds could have stayed at the factory. Or, you could just throw them in the garbage. Mouthpiece even came with a reed already mounted. LOL - Yuk - would NOT want to try to put that in my mouth. Overall very happy with purchase!

The tone quality or the saxophone is incredible. There are no air leaks or pad issues even after multiple sessions of sustained usage. Cleaning is extremely easy and the kit even comes with the materials to do so, just be sure not to be aggressive with it. The saxophone comes with several reeds, which do not indicate strength, and a synthetic reed which produces a great tone when used with a jazz embouchure. The saxophone works especially great for beginners as it is high quality while being cheap and allows them to worry less about perfecting an expensive piece of equipment. Overall this has been one of the greatest purchases I've made as it has allowed me to make great strides in my musical goals while keeping my wallet happy. I recommend this saxophone to everyone, not just beginners.

Did not want to spend a ton for my daughter's beginner saxophone; she is just starting to play this instrument, as she plays the flute and took a liking to the sax. the flutes she has cost over thousand each, so the price for this one was just right. will not feel too bad if she does not continue learning it.
It was well packaged and arrived quickly; it has all the pieces she needed. We have also bought different mouth piece (Yamaha 4C) and different ligatures (Rovner platinum and a leather ligatures) to enhance the sound.

Wow, I have been playing saxophone for over 30 years. I ordered this for my daughter to play. I must say, I played it for an hour or so and the intonation is great, the keyword and quality is not something I ever thought I would see from a Chinese producer. The horn feels and sounds like a pro horn. I will not say it is as good as my 62 but it sounds great. Time will tell how well the quality truly is but it does not have the normal thin metal, loose keys, and cheap springs. The horn feels solid with no play in the keywork and the metal used is thick and the horn feels as heavy as any other alto. I’m impressed by this horn... it is a great value...

This is for my 12 year old beginner sax player. His teacher helped us get the instrument and ensure it was good enough to last him quite a few years. Aside from the basic instrument, it came with 3 extra reeds and a plastic reed for outdoor performances. There's also three cleaning cloths and a neck strap that his teacher said are all much nicer than what usually comes in a beginner set!

I just got this saxophone in the mail today. The sound achieved by the sax was actually way better than I expected. I used to play in middle school and high school and it literally has been 20 years since I haven't touched a sax, this is the perfect fit for someone who is ready to jump back in without having to drain your wallet. The pads are very good for the price and the finish is beautiful with very nice craftsmanship. The mouth piece and the neck fit perfectly. Non of the keys stick. It also comes with a free sax stand usually those run for 30 bucks a pop. Not the greatest quality on the stand but padding is good and sturdiness is great it's made of a strong aluminum not bendable easily, and it's incredibly light weight. Frankly I'm amazed and I from now on may become an Eastar fan. The quality plus price cannot be beat. The sound is good enough for beginners and intermediates if you are an expert obviously I do not recommend this sax as the sound is not as warm as other saxophones out there. Would I recommend this product to beginners and intermediates? Absolutely.

Definitely a nice, beginner saxophone. Did tons of research before purchasing and this came out as one of the best options for a low budget sax. Check out “Better Sax” on youtube - he does blind tests to see if you can hear the difference between this instrument and one that costs $5,000. I personally could not tell the difference at all! Produces a very beautiful sound, although I am still learning so I assume it will get even better. ;) Also, it looks gorgeous set up on the stand in my living room!! I love it.
