Excellent!! Bought this for our 2 year old so we needed it to be very durable, but also wanted it to be attractive (to be left in shared living spaces) and have good sound quality. So far, so good! We bring it to music class and use it at home. It's a good size, made very well, and sounds great. The percussion sticks that are included are really nice to have but we mostly use our hands. Highly recommend for any young child up to an adult:) we've had a lot of fun with it in our household.

Our 1 year old loves to bang on everything, so we decided to get him this drum to see if he would enjoy it. He adores it and really beats the heck out if this thing. It is very durable and can take the abuse. He's a little to young to be handling the drumsticks yet we think, but it sounds just as good playing it bongo style. there aren't any sharp edges and the feet are a bendy kind of rubber. Highly recommended.
