The Referral Flow:

At Eastar, the referral flow is simple.
1. You could refers your friends by sending them our referral URL.
2. When your friend B clicks on our URL and enters their email, they will get their reward. They will then have the ability to click on "Apply Code" - which will add the code directly to their shopping cart.
3. If your friends go on to make a purchase, the Advocates (you) will continue to be rewarded.
Note that the friend does not need to create an account, nor use the friend reward that they redeemed in order to complete the referral. They would just have to make a purchase!

How do I join the program? Is there need for a fee?
There is no fee to sign up for the reward program. Click "Reward" to sign up and start earning your points!
How to redeem points?
Log in to your member account (in the bottom left corner of the website), find the Rewards Program page and click on your points to redeem them.
Is the Eastar Rewards program available internationally?
No, it is currently only available to Eastar USA/Canada customers.
Do points expire?
Yes, if you do not make a qualifying purchase during this period, the points will expire within one year. We will send you an email to remind you that your points are about to expire.
Can I share or trade points?
No you can't. Points are not transferable and can only be redeemed by members.
Are my points worth anything?
You can' t. Points are not cash and have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards offered by us, which may change from time to time. You may not redeem points for cash. Points may be used for eligible purchases.
What if I return a product I paid for with points? Will I get my cash back?
Assuming your product is eligible for return, if you return a product that was paid for in whole or in part with points for an eligible purchase, your account will be credited with the amount of points used to pay for the eligible purchase. Cash refunds will not be available for amounts paid with points.
What if I only use a portion of my available points?
The balance of points not used for eligible purchases will remain in your account and can be used for future eligible purchases until the points balance reaches zero or the points expire.
Can I earn reward points?
Yes. From time to time, we may offer rewards points for certain eligible purchases.
What happens if I forget to log into my account at checkout?
You must be logged into your account to earn points.
Can I earn points for purchases from other retailers or stores?
No, you can only earn points for valid purchases through the Eastar-music.com online store.
What do I do if I think a purchase or other program activity is not properly credited to my account?
You must point/share/follow us through the modules on the "rewards" page for the points to be automatically registered to your account. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your points balance to adjust, after that time it is still not working properly, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for Customer Service.
How do I update the information I provided to register for the program?
You can update your information by logging into your account online at Eastar-music.com.
Will my membership in the Rewards Program be terminated?
Eastar may, at its sole discretion, terminate membership, which generally includes any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the program, including failure to make a qualifying purchase and/or our website terms and conditions of use.
Please note that customers may not earn points through "self-referrals" or "fake accounts" as this is considered theft and will result in cancellation of the membership, and orders that fail to comply with the program policies will not be shipped.
Can the program be terminated?
Yes. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel, modify, limit or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of the program at any time without notice, even if such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accrued or earned and/or the ability to redeem accrued rewards or benefits.
