But in case you're not 100% satisfied with your shopping experience, don't worry, we've made the return and exchange process super easy.


How long do I have to proceed with my return?

You can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, or for an exchange for another product. Depending on product availability, items can be exchanged for another item of equal value.


How to get a refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you that your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited.

Returns are not supported in the following cases.

  1. Items with signs of use, wear, damage, dents, scratches, or missing (if applicable) manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.
  2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  3. Items that have been vandalized.
  4. Software products that can be downloaded.

Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization from Eastar and a valid return authorization number.

Note: Returned items without a valid return authorization number will be processed by Eastar if they are not claimed by the customer within 30 days of the date of receipt.

  1. Contact the Eastar Customer Service team via email at to obtain a return authorization number and return address, or prepaid shipping label if applicable to your case.

Send an email, please include your order number and the reason you want to initiate a return (e.g. photos, video).

  1. Choose your logistics company or prepaid shipping label (if applicable) at your own expense to mail the package.

3.Package the product well as required. After sending the product, please kindly notify us by email.

  1. Eastar will process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.  Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the next billing cycle. It may take 8-15 business days for the bank to transfer the money to your credit card account.


Exchanges and restocks are subject to product availability.


Return Shipping Costs

  1. Products with quality related issues. will be responsible for the shipping cost (up to 10USD) when you want to return the products of your order, by our service staff to initiate the return process.


  1. Products without quality related issues.

1) You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2) If you ship an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

3) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.


Important Notice.

  1. Please do not send your return to the address on the package.  This may not be the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  2. Returned items must be in unused condition and come in their original packaging.  We do not accept returns that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Eastar Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
  4. Please be sure to inspect your return carefully before shipping.  We will not be responsible for returns of non-Eastar products.
