Eastar is always committed to improving the customer experience. In order to provide you with better services, we launch Self Pickup Service.

The customer who chooses the self Pickup Service needs to pick up the item at our designated location within 7 working days after successful payment. We usually need 1 working day to prepare the product. We will notify you to pick up when we have prepared the product. Please come to pick up the product after receiving the notification.

We will notify you by email if the item is not picked up by then. After that, we will not send further notice. To safeguard your interests, please promptly pick up.

Should any dispute arise, the decision of Eastar shall be final.

* Self-pick-up hours will be subjected to change due to public holidays, any unforeseen events, and ALL Eastar company events.

* We strongly encourage customers to make sure that you have picked up the correct order and inspect the purchased item during self-pick-up, we will not be liable to any damaged or missing item once the customer leaves the outlet. (except defect cover by warranty).

 

Return/exchange for Self Pick-Up order

**Please note that the return/exchange does not support on the spot, only support logistics return/exchange. Please contact the customer service team for return authorization before the return.

Self-pickup service orders follow the Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns exchanges are not supported in the following situations:

  1. Items with signs of use, wear, damage, dings, scrapes, or missing manuals, warranties, accessories, etc (if applicable).
  2. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
  3. Downloadable software products cannot be returned.

 

 

FAQ

  1. How long do I need to wait after I've placed an order for Self Pick-Up?

Order must be confirmed and prepared 1 working day before the pickup time, please pick up the item the next day after the payment is successful.

 

  1. Does the order processing date count as the “first working day”?

No. The first working day will be the day after your successful order payment.

For example, if your order is processed on January 4, 2022, you need to pick up the “self pick-up”

order at our warehouse between January 5-13, 2022 (Saturday, Sunday and, public holidays are not counted as “working days”).

 

  1. If I place an order for self pick up service, can I switch to a delivery service? What should I do?

Yes, you can switch to the delivery service.

Please contact our customer service for assistance, you will be required to pay the delivery fee. After the payment is successful, we will arrange the shipment for you.

 

  1. Can my family/ friends collect my item on my behalf?

Yes, your family or friends can collect your item on your behalf.

Please share your pickup notification email and order number with your family/ friends. They are required to present the information to our staff in our warehouse when picking up the item.

 

  1. I placed a self-pickup service order, what should I do if I want to return/exchange it?

Self-pickup service orders follow the Return & Exchange Policy. If you want to return/exchange, you are required to contact our customer service team for authorization first.

Please note that since our self-pickup station does not support returns or exchanges, you would need to use logistics delivery to return/exchange.
