QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Please explain the touchscreen that comes with the piano. The picture looks like an iPad?

    Dear Christopher,
The ipad you see is the music stand. The touchscreen is on the top of the keyboard, more details could be seen in the listing.

  • Do you sell a stand we can buy for this?/ How long will it take to deliver to Louisiana, USA?

    Dear Conly,

Sorry that we don't that the stand on sale alone. You could buy the adjusted stand from another store.
And it will arrive in 7 working days as we arrange the shipment.

  • What is the difference between fully weighted and semi-weighted keys? Thank you.

    Dear  Christopher,

    Here is the difference:

Touch keyboard: SEMI WEIGHTED (with gravity sensing function, relatively light, portable, no sense of gravity)
Heavy hammer keyboard: FULL WEIGHTED (simulated piano feel, with gravity sensor function)
