This is nice and sturdy. My only two cons are that the music stand that holds your book is worthless and won't hold a book. And I wish I could have the practice pad and the symbols on the stand at the same time but you have to choose one at a time. Otherwise it's great. The bag to carry it in is well organized and makes it easy. It's very sturdy and should last forever. And the sound is great!

Purchased this keyboard for my grandson who is taking private lessons. (Age 10). Both he and his instructor are very happy with the quality of this keyboard. Looks great, sounds terrific! Very sturdy. Sounds amazing! We purchased a bench seat to go with it. This keyboard has so many options to create great music. I highly recommend this product.

Our family has been trying out various musical instruments during this shelter-in-place order. Started out with harmonicas then kimbala and now this instrument. Since my wife is pregnant this instrument has a nice calming tone and is easy to learn and play. I was surprised how sturdy it sits on the provided stand. My 7 year old and 4 yr old play it from time to time and haven't seen it fall over once. It doesn't take up much space which works out for us because we have a small home.

I got this to use for recording.. It has worked great, it's impressively in tune with itself. Some of the screws needed adjusting, it was obviously a little hastily built.. But the important things, the bells themselves, sound good and are it tune, and it's very sturdy. A few screws may need to be loosened or slightly moved so that they don't mute the bell slightly. But I needed the 32 note and couldn't find one anywhere near this inexpensive. For the price, it really does what I need it to do, and I'm happy with it. I suspect there are better sounding 32 note ones out there if you want to spend twice or 3x the price. I'd have to actually try those before I'd spend that much though. I was psyched that this one worked.

We just received it and it looks exactly like the picture and the description. I bought it for my 9 year old daughter for her next year school band. I don’t know how reliable it is yet , but the stand is really heavy and good made. I will update after few months.

The set came with two mallets that are lightweight and comfortable to hold. They cause the metal to vibrate so it is able to give off the proper ringing sound. It doesn’t work well with other accessories and most importantly the mallets are made so it doesn’t ding the metal scales which could effect the sound quality and consistency. I learnt how to play some easy times fairly quickly and you can look up theme songs sheet music that can be played on the xylophone. It was actually funny because a family member started playing the Harry Potter theme music and within the first few notes I already got it(and I wasn’t paying attention). There set comes with a metal stand that attaches to the xylophone where you can put your sheet music. The set also comes with a drum which can me switched out with the xylophone to use the base. The drum comes with two wooden drumsticks which are also nicely made and comfortable to use. My experience with the drum is that it’s more of a beat pad than an instrument to accompany other instruments. Lastly, all these goodies came with a nice nylon carrying case in case I get good enough and I wasn’t to take the show on the road;) it has a foam barrier on the inside to keep the pieces from banging against each other.

I thought that this xylophone fit the bill for all the above reasons. My experience with it is thus: The construction of the xylophone is made with a beautiful polished metal stand and solid grip rubber feet. As I point out in my video you need to lower the arms to be able to tighten the xylophone on to the base. Then you can raise the arms to hold it in place. The xylophone itself is made out of wood and the scales are of course metal. The tripod base is height adjustable which is especially helpful for when you have the drum top installed.

Nice percussion kit to have around. There are quite a few things included in the kit, so i will take them one at a time. 1. The glockenspiel itself is well made and very nice to look at. The notes ring out like you would expect and are all tuned well. I am surprised at how good it sounds. 2. The stand-being a drummer, I know how expensive hardware is. The price of this whole kit and kaboodle is what you would normally pay for juat this kind of stand. Very sturdy and easy to set up. Adjustable height makes it perfect for and sized player. 3. The practice pad-this practice pad is great, it feels like a real snare drum. Again, well-made and seems very durable with its bolted construction. Has a little sound, but obviously nothing like a snare drum would have. 4. The sticks- they are a good matched set of sticks with wood tips 5. The mallets-good to begin with and do a good job of helping the glockenspiel ring out. You would likely want to upgrade after some initial learning, but they would serve their purpose initially. 6. The bag-the bag is very nice with compartments to fit everything. Very sturdy and has both a hand strap and a shoulder strap. All in all this is a great deal of value in this kit. The components are definitely worth the minimal price tag. If you are looking for a percussion kit for your student, this would be a great place to start.

It's a great xylophone for a beginner. You will get get a case, music stand, etc.. so it's hard to complain about the quality. If you want something to practice and learn on, it can't be beat.
