This warranty applies to, 

After 30 days from the day after the user signs for the receipt, the non-human performance failure occurs, and after detection and confirmation by Eastar-music store, the user shall be provided with the maintenance service.

Eastar now offers an extra year of free warranty extension for products with a unit price over $200. (refer to the Warranty Catalog form)

This warranty does not cover;

Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation or failure to follow instructions according to the owners manual for this product; damage during shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier); repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Eastar-music or an authorized Eastar-music Service;
 
Any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed;
 
Deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity;
 
Damages attributable to power line surge or related electrical abnormalities, lightning damage or acts of God;
 
Or RFI/EMI (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or the improper use of either certified or uncertified equipment, if applicable. Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents will cause this warranty to be void. This warranty covers only the original end-user purchaser or renter from an authorized.
 
The warranty is only valid in the country where you purchased it (as product specifications vary by country, we may not have the product or parts). Products not purchased from eastar-music.com are not covered by this warranty.
 
Consumers are dissatisfied with the product and do not like the fit, weight, features, color or style.
 
When the product is not used properly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

 

Shipping;

1.Products with quality-related issues.
eastar-music.com will be responsible for shipping fees (within 10USD),and get RMA APPLICATION FORM from our Service Staff when you want to return the products of you order. Then fill the form and print it.
 
2.Products with no quality-related issues.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We dont guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

What must you do?

1. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact our service staff, attaching a screenshot of your order and a picture of the problem. in order to determine the problem and the best solution for you.
